Benefit Management has been our Third Party Administrator since we converted to being self-insured in 1997. They have been a lot more than just a TPA to us, they lead us by the hand into unfamiliar areas, helped us set up our medical plan, become associated with an excellent network, and over the years saved us a lot of money. We were one of their early customers, but I can honestly say that I think we have benefited more from our relationship than they have.

David Powell has been our mentor and Jeanne Yearton the friendly voice on the other end of the phone who took the employees load off our HR Department. We have come to expect excellent service, and they haven’t let us down.

We are very excited about the new website and all the state-of-the-art capabilities it will bring to our employees. It is just another example of BMI’s efforts to provide excellent service to their customers and their employees.

Our former TPA paid claims 30 to 60 days after the funds were available and without a discount. BMI now pays our claims the same day that the funds are available with a personally negotiated discount. BMI has managed our group medical plan for 3 years and has done an excellent job. I would highly recommend BMI to others.
